- Where does TOLCO ship its material from?
It comes directly from the TOLCO manufacturing and distribution center, located at: 1375 Sampson Ave, Corona, CA 92879.
- Can I will-call my order in Corona?
Yes, our will call department is open from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST
- My TOLCO® OSHPD Catalog is dated 2003. Is it still valid?

- Does TOLCO have a more up- to- date version of its Pre-Approved Seismic Bracing Guidelines?
Yes, it is not stamped by California OSHPD, but it is stamped by a structural engineer and complies with the International Building Code.
- Do TOLCO® fire protection products meet NFPA 13 Requirements?
Yes, many of our products are UL Listed and FM Approved. They are intended to be installed per NFPA 13 guidelines. Please refer to our catalog for more detailed information.
- How can I obtain the TOLBrace®, Fire Protection Seismic Bracing, Software?

- Does TOLCO provide engineering support or structural calculations on its custom built supports?
Yes. TOLCO will provide engineering support or work with your own engineer to produce stamped calculations of load capacity as well as seismic or wind-related loads.
- Does TOLCO provide services such as engineering and post-installation inspection for seismic bracing projects?
Yes. We can provide services from the bidding phase all the way through post-installation, if needed. Contact our Seismic Bracing department for more information.
- What type of quality assurance certification does TOLCO have?
TOLCO is certified by Bureau Veritas to be compliant with ISO 9001:2008. We also hold specific agency approvals such as the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and National Security Technologies, LLC, (a DOE Contractor for Managing Nevada Nuclear facilities).
- Does TOLCO® products comply with the material requirements of the Buy American Act and the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA)?
TOLCO manufactures many of its products in our Corona, California USA, manufacturing facility from both domestic and non-domestic materials. Please consult our Technical Services department for specific product details. In many cases, we can supply certification of compliance upon request.
